XBIT.COM (hereinafter referred to as "XBIT" or "We") is the provider of the services. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between XBIT.COM and you (hereinafter referred to as "You" or the "User") and govern your access to the platform and use of the services.
Any additional terms, limitations, disclaimers, and obligations are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You should read these Terms carefully. By accessing the platform and/or using the services, you are deemed to have read and irrevocably agreed to these Terms. XBIT may modify and/or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice.
I. Risk Disclosure
Trading digital assets involves significant risks and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of digital assets can fluctuate dramatically on any given day and may be affected by external factors such as financial or political events. Price volatility and unpredictability may lead to substantial losses, including the potential loss of your entire investment in a short period. You are responsible for assessing whether purchasing, selling, or holding digital assets is suitable for you based on your financial situation.
Digital asset activities in certain jurisdictions may be unregulated or subject to limited regulation. Any regulatory changes or actions by authorities unrelated to XBIT.COM may adversely impact the use, transfer, exchange, and value of digital assets. Your government may deem trading digital assets illegal.
XBIT.COM has no obligations regarding any transactions or other activities you conduct while using the services. We are not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor, and we do not provide any form of financial, investment, or advisory advice. Any communication or information we provide to you should not be construed as or relied upon as advice of any kind.
You acknowledge that the risks associated with using the services are borne solely by you. You must independently review and evaluate whether the services are suitable for you based on your specific investment objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, investment experience, knowledge, and needs. You are responsible for any losses or liabilities. We do not recommend purchasing, earning, selling, or holding any digital assets. Before engaging in any such activities, conduct your own due diligence and consult your financial, tax, or other advisors if necessary.
XBIT.COM takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information on the platform. However, we are not responsible for any losses you incur in purchasing, selling, or holding digital assets, including but not limited to direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or reliance on such information provided by us.
II. Definitions
User:
An individual, company, or other organization with full authority and capacity to access and use the services and to enter into and comply with these Terms.
If you are a minor under the age of 18 using XBIT.COM services, you must do so under the guidance of your parents or guardians. If a person lacking or with limited civil capacity uses XBIT.COM or engages in transactions beyond their legal capacity, XBIT.COM reserves the right to hold you and your parents or guardians responsible for any consequences.
Usage-Related Terms:
Information Prompts: Content in the XBIT.COM software interface that guides users on operational steps.
Digital Tokens: Refers to the types of digital tokens currently supported by XBIT.COM.
Third-Party Services: Products and services provided by third parties, including third-party DApps, DeFi, smart contracts, open-source protocols, web pages, exchanges, etc.
III. Service Content
Create or Import Wallet：
For supported digital tokens, you can generate a new wallet or import a compatible wallet created by other blockchain tools.
Transfer and Receive Funds:
You can use XBIT.COM to manage digital tokens by signing transactions with your private key to modify the blockchain ledger. Transfers involve sending tokens to a recipient's blockchain address, with the actual transaction occurring on the blockchain (not XBIT.COM).
Market Data:
You can view exchange rates and prices of digital tokens provided by XBIT.COM. The platform retrieves this data and displays it in the "Market" section.
Transaction Records:
We copy all or part of your transaction history from the blockchain, but the blockchain's records are authoritative.
Exchange:
You can exchange digital tokens via XBIT.COM, which acts as an interface to facilitate interactions with third parties and display exchange results.
We may update the services at our discretion, meaning we can change, replace, or suspend (temporarily or permanently) any part of the services without notice.。
IV. Rights and Obligations
We may develop different software versions for various devices. You should download the appropriate version for your needs. If you obtain the software from an unauthorized third party, we cannot guarantee its functionality or security, and you bear all resulting losses.
New software versions may render older versions unusable. We do not guarantee the security, continued availability, or customer support for outdated versions. Please check and download the latest version regularly.
Transfers:
A.ou understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you make an error (e.g., entering an incorrect address or selecting the wrong node server), you bear the consequences.
B. The following may cause a transaction to fail or time out:
（i）Insufficient wallet balance.
（ii）Smart contract execution failure.
（iii）Insufficient miner fees.
（iv）Technical issues (network, device).
（v）Blockchain congestion or errors causing transaction abandonment.
（vi）Your or the recipient's address being flagged as high-risk.
C.XBIT.COM only provides transfer tools. Once a transfer is completed, our obligations are fulfilled. We are not responsible for other disputes.
D.Compliance: You must comply with applicable laws and policies when using XBIT.COM or third-party DApps.
E.Notifications: XBIT.COM may notify you via website announcements, messages, pop-ups, or client alerts (e.g., transaction updates or required actions).
V. Service Modifications, Interruptions, and Termination
We may temporarily modify, suspend, or terminate services to maintain operational control. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms or any amendments.
We may suspend services under the following circumstances:
A.Technical issues (maintenance, upgrades, outages).
B.Force majeure (natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, government actions).
C.Other unforeseen events beyond our control.
The Company may unilaterally suspend or terminate your use of some or all of the functions of XBIT.COM if you encounter the following circumstances:
1.Are deceased;
2.Steal others' wallet information or devices；
3.Provide false personal information；
4.Refuse mandatory updates；
5.Use XBIT.COM for illegal activities；
6.Disrupt other users；
7.Impersonate our staff；
8.Attack, intrude, modify or in any other way threaten the normal operation of our computer systems；
9.Spam advertisements；
10.Spread false rumors harming our reputation；
11.Violate these Terms or engage in other misconduct
Upon termination, you may still export your wallet data within a reasonable time.
VI. Lawful Use of Services
You must comply with your jurisdiction's laws and not use XBIT.COM for illegal purposes.
You may not use XBIT.COM to engage in illegal or criminal conduct, including but not limited to:
A. Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity；
B.Engage in any illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, illegal fund-raising, etc.；
C.Access our services, collect or process the content provided by us, interfere or attempt to interfere with any user or any other means of accessing our services by using any automated program, software, engine, web crawler, web analysis tool, data mining tool or similar tool
D.Providing gambling information or inducing others to participate in gambling in any way;
E.Hacking into someone else’s XBIT.COM wallet to steal digital tokens；
F.Conducting transactions that are inconsistent with the transaction content claimed by the counterparty, or untrue transactions；
G.Engage in any behavior that infringes or may infringe upon XBIT.COM service systems or data；
H.Other illegal acts or acts that the Company deems inappropriate for legitimate reasons;
You understand and agree that if the Company suffers any losses, is subject to claims from any third party or is punished by any administrative department due to your violation of relevant laws (including but not limited to customs and tax regulatory provisions) or the provisions of this Agreement, you shall compensate the Company, including reasonable attorney fees.

VIII. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations
We are only liable for obligations explicitly stated in these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we provide services "as is." We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by:
A.System maintenance or upgrades.；
B.Force majeure (natural disasters, wars)；
C.您Your device or network failures；
D.Improper use of services.；
E.Due to viruses, Trojans, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failure, communication failure, power failure, bank or government actions, etc.；
F.Any other reasons not caused by the Company.
We are not liable for：
A.Losses due to user errors (wrong addresses, node selection).；
B.Misunderstandings of blockchain technology.
C.Discrepancies in transaction records due to blockchain delays.
The loss of assets due to personal reasons of the user (including but not limited to loss of email, leakage of verification code, personal disclosure of private key, hacking of user personal information) and force majeure has nothing to do with the company.
The Company may provide services to you and your counterparty at the same time. You agree to explicitly exempt the Company from any actual or potential conflicts of interest in such actions, and shall not use this as an excuse to claim that there are legal flaws in the Company's provision of services, nor shall it increase the Company's responsibilities or duty of care.
IX. The company does not provide the following forms of guarantee
Our services will meet all your needs;
Any technology, products, services, and information you obtain through our services will meet your expectations;
The Company guarantees the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and reliability of the digital token market transaction information obtained from third-party exchanges;
您在XBIT.All parties to transactions on COM will promptly perform their obligations in the transaction agreement reached with you.
您理解XBIT.COM is only a tool for users to manage digital tokens and display transaction information. The company does not provide legal, tax or investment advice services. You should seek advice from legal, tax and investment professionals, and the company is not responsible for any investment losses, data losses, etc. you suffer in the process of using our services.
You understand that according to the requirements of relevant policies and regulations, we may change our user access standards from time to time, limit the scope and method of providing services to a specific group, etc.
X. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement and its revised versions shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of China. In the absence of relevant laws, international business practices and/or industry practices shall apply.
If any dispute or controversy arises between you and the Company, the disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may submit the case to the jurisdiction of the People's Court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company.
